We are rebuilding tower defense for the modern browser.

Bulwark started from a simple frustration: browser tower defense never grew up. The genre that defined a generation of flash portals still mostly ships fixed paths, flat sprites, and no reason to come back after the last wave. We thought it deserved a real engine, a real economy of decisions, and a reason to keep playing. So we built one.

A real engine, not a track

Classic browser tower defense ran enemies down a painted line. Bulwark runs a flow field that recomputes every time you build, so the maze you make is the game you play.

Feel first

A deterministic fixed-timestep loop, neon rendering with real glow, screen shake, and synthesized audio. It should feel good at 1x and ruthless at 3x.

The world is the opponent

A live global leaderboard turns a single-player run into a competition. Your best run is only as good as the one above it.
